All Fit 4 Two® Instructors are Certified Pre & Postnatal Fitness Specialists and follow the guidelines of Society of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists of Canada (SOGC).
Please note: Because we care about you and your baby, a Par-Med-X for Pregnancy Form must be signed by your healthcare provider (physician or midwife) prior to your participating in class.

Prenatal classes designed to provide knowledge to women and their support people, and to help them have a voice regarding their health and the health of their child. Knowledge is empowering. These classes are designed to provide you with confidence and wisdom. Together we explore the full spectrum of pregnancy through to postpartum. Topics include pregnancy, labour and delivery, healing for mom after baby, feeding baby, and early newborn care. Empower yourself. Trust your strength, your body, and your intuition.
Full Prenatal Series (2 hours/week for 6 consecutive weeks)
Topics: healthy pregnancy (nutrition, prenatal care, exercise, comforts of pregnancy), labour and delivery (stages of labour, coping and progression techniques, pain management, medical interventions, owning your voice), postpartum care for mom, feeding baby (focusing on breastfeeding), early newborn care.

Topics: labour and delivery (stages of labour, coping and progression techniques, pain management, medical interventions, owning your voice), postpartum care for mom, early newborn care.

All levels of class are aimed to facilitate prenatal health and wellness including: strengthening and stretching, stress release, body and baby awareness, and general prenatal and labour education.
Fee: 6 week series $70. Also useable with drop in or with class passes. We encourage you to purchase and attend the “series” however to allow your instructor to follow your progress safely.
