Erica Lo, RMT, CIMT

Erica graduated from the Wellington College of Remedial Massage Therapy and has been practicing since 2002. Her passion has always been to help others live a healthy lifestyle through her work. She is the owner of Soul Haven Massage Therapy, a successful massage practice located in Osborne Village. Erica also completed her certification in Healing Stone Massage in 2006 and has been successful in treating patients with all sorts of ailments from stress relief to post trauma care.

In her years of experience, Erica has found that she thoroughly enjoys pre/post natal care, and has spent much of her availability accommodating to these patients. She has completed her certification in Infant Massage and plans on incorporating pediatric massage therapy into her practice in the near future.

Pregnancy Treatments

Enjoy tension relief during one of the most memorable times in your life. A special prenatal table is available to provide the utmost comfort for all moms to be. Special precautions are taken to minimize any excess pressure/compressions or stretching of the uterus and pelvic floor. Some benefits of receiving massage during pregnancy are:

*Relaxation and decreased insomnia
*Stress relief on weight bearing joints
*Neck and back pain relief
*Reduced swelling and sciatic pains
*Reduced leg cramps, headaches, and sinus congestion

please note that massage therapy is not recommended in the first trimester of pregnancy

Private Infant Massage Class-90min

Learn all about the benefits of baby massage while creating and strengthening that special bond between you and your baby! In this private class you will learn how to apply a full body massage properly and safely, and learn to recognize your baby’s cues. Help your baby sleep, eat, and digest better, all while promoting healthy growth and development!

Please bring a pillow or blanket for your baby to lie on. Oils will be provided, but feel free to bring your own. (Unscented, vegetable or fruit based preferred). If your baby is scheduled for immunizations please wait at least 48 hours after, before taking the class.

Baby Massage Series

Come, have fun and learn the many benefits of infant massage! Aside from being amazing bonding time with your little one, infant massage is greatly beneficial to the health of babies.  It increases circulation, digestion, and has a wonderful calming affect for both parent and child. It can also be very helpful with colic in babies and is a great bedtime ritual.  Come and learn how infant massage can benefit the whole family!
